Contract Mobilization Team

Empowering Our Membership Through Engagement and Collective Action

The Contract Mobilization Team works in collaboration with Local Executive Council (LEC) officers, the Negotiating Committee, and the Master Executive Council (MEC) to ensure flight attendant membership is informed and engaged throughout contract negotiations.

Specific Duties & Responsibilities

  • Act as the liaison between flight attendants and the Negotiating Committee, MEC and LEC to deliver timely and accurate negotiation updates.

  • Meet regularly with the Negotiating Committee, MEC and LEC to access early-stage negotiation information.

  • Promote solidarity and unity among the membership in support of the Negotiating Committee’s efforts to secure a fair and strong contract.

  • Respect and support the direction of the Negotiating Committee, MEC and LEC — the Contract Mobilization Team does not make independent decisions or engage in actions that conflict with established leadership guidance.

Why Membership Engagement Matters

Active involvement of our flight attendants is critical to achieving the best possible contract outcome. When members understand the process, support the strategy and stand together, we strengthen our negotiating position and foster a unified front.
