Above is a chart showing the ranking of the TA pay rates versus the Regional Industry. The date above the rates is the date those rates went into effect. Yes, it has been 9 years at those rates for ExpressJet!! For purposes of comparison, we combined our first 2 steps as many carriers do not have an additional raise at the 6-month mark. That exception includes our sister carriers at Piedmont and Envoy. That additional step is great for all our new Flight Attendants who see real increases in the first years.
