The highlighted areas in the wage table below are examples of how to walk through the pay scale.  For example, a F/A currently at the YOS 0.5 pay step now earns $19.36/hour.  At DOS, her rate will be $20.00.  On her anniversary date, her rate increases to 23.75.  On DOS+1, it goes to $24.23, then to $26.01 on her next anniversary.  This progression continues, and by the time the contract becomes amendable, her rate will be $30.74, an increase of 58.8% compared to where she started.

Flight Attendants who are not at the top of the pay scale currently or do not reach the top during the contract term will receive two wage increases per year during the life of the agreement.

This payment will be paid on the first month following ratification an on the 5th paycheck.  This payment will be taxed as wages.

OTHER IMPROVEMENTS

  • Extended layover lodging at 4:45
  • 11 days off for lineholders

    • 3 weeks after 6 years
    • 4 weeks after 13 years
    • NEW 5th week after 18 years
  • Created a new Hours of Service section
  • New IROP language that clearly establishes the when, where and how
  • Improved trade flexibility
  •  Ready Reserve credited 4 hours a shift if not flown
  • Bucket system to assign reserves in Long Call, Short Call or Ready Reserve
  • Reserve assignment transparency via FLICA
  • Sick Leave accrual 3.5 hours to a bank of 400 hours
  • DAY and CLT based commuters will get up to 2 nights Company paid hotels in base for FAA mandated training
  • $500 a year for uniform replacement and cleaning allowance
  • Unused PED days automatically rolled over
  • Specific language limiting onboard Flight Attendant duties to tidying
    • “ A Flight Attendant will not be required to perform work normally assigned to a cleaner, provisioner, caterer, and ramp or operations agent.”
