This Opening Proposal represents a preview of the AFA’s anticipated improvements and other changes to the current CBA. The Opening Proposal is not intended to be a final representation of the AFA’s position on any section. The Opening Proposal is also not intended to be a formal proposal on any section. The AFA reserves the right to add to, remove, and modify the Opening Proposal.
SECTION 3: COMPENSATION
- Across-the-board increases to rates of pay
- Increase guarantee
- Increase pay for minimum day
- Increase administrative stipends and overrides
- Increase amounts for extensions and junior assignments

- Increase hours of flight pay for each day of training
